While we also set great importance on our personalised service and the fact that we meet and greet our guests in person, it does take more than just the two of us (Steve and Karen) to ensure that Penghana is always presented at its best and offers a world-class experience. Over the time we have been Penghana’s custodians, we have built a team of behind-the-scenes staff members and a network of professionals and supporters who all contribute their care and expertise.
